Children 17 years and under sharing existing bedding with an adult stay free of charge. Child rollaway bed if required is available for an additional charge on a request basis. Rollaway beds are not available in Deluxe Salons. Baby cribs are complimentary. The Surrey Hotel welcomes small domestic pets with a non-refundable pet fee. The fee varies by room type - USD 150 plus tax per stay for Salons / USD 250 plus tax per stay for Suites. Several pet amenities are available. The Surrey Hotel pays 10 percent commission to bona fide travel agents on the room rate portion of all published rates. Requests for additional rooms are welcome and should be directed to the Hotels sales office. Check In Time: 1500 Check Out Time: 1200 Early Check Out: Some rate plans and stay dates may result in an early departure fee equal to the remaining number of nights reserved - see the rate description. For all other stay dates/rate plans early departure prior to date agreed at time of check-in is subject to a fee equal to 1 night room charge plus tax. Late Check Out: Late check-out after 1200 noon without the Hotels permission is subject to one additional room night charge plus tax at the applicable rate. Cancel Policy varies by Rate Plan/Stay Dates - Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed. Cancel or no-show will result in a fee equal to the room and tax charges for the entire stay period. Presidential / Penthouse Cancel Policy - cancel 60 days prior to avoid 50 percent of deposit amount cancel fee / cancel 30 days prior to avoid 75 percent of deposit amount cancel fee. All other reservations must be canceled by 4PM local time 1 day prior to date of scheduled arrival to avoid a 1 night room charge plus tax cancel fee.
